Limited Warranty Coverage
Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic ("Company") is committed to providing quality mobile mechanic auto repair services. We stand behind our workmanship and materials and offer the following limited warranty coverage for our repairs:
1. Warranty Period
All repairs performed by Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of completion if the transaction includes parts. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.
2. Covered Repairs
The warranty covers the specific repairs and services performed by our mobile mechanics. A detailed list of covered repairs will be provided with your service invoice.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
Repairs or modifications performed by third parties
Any issues arising from pre-existing conditions or unrelated components
4. Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues with the repaired components during the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and, if deemed a warranty-covered matter, will remedy the situation at no additional cost to you.
5. Warranty Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
The warranty does not cover towing expenses or any consequential damages.
Any unauthorized repairs or modifications made during the warranty period may void the warranty.
6. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Contact Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic at info@autorepairmobilemechanic.com to report the issue.
Provide a copy of the original service invoice and a description of the problem.
Our team will review your claim and, if applicable, schedule a follow-up appointment for inspection and repair.
7. Warranty Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes regarding the warranty claim, Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to resolve the matter through arbitration in accordance with the rules of local Arbitration Organization.
8. Modification of Terms
Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to modify the terms of this warranty at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers and will apply to future repairs.
